I'm such a nervous wreck
I feel a bit nervous and unstable and i can’t figure out the genuine reasons for conditions like these. Like I can’t put myself down on the chair and sit peacefully, I’m scratching, bitting nails, nervously twitching. And I don’t know why! Like it’s some sort of bad feeling. I don’t know it’s so hard to explain!
